N2 to Grahamstown. R335 to Addo Elephant Park / Markman / Motherwell - 40km's to Addo, Turn left at R336 to Kirkwood.
After 6km's, pass Belmont B&B, then turn left at sign, onto gravel road - after 800m turn left and first to the right - follow road across Sundays River onto farm and follow signs to Hitgeheim Country Lodge.
Recommended route from Graaff-Reinet:
R72 to Port Elizabeth. R335 to Kirkwood/Addo Elephant National Park.
Turn right at 4-way stop in Kirkwood. After 20km's, cross railway line, pass Sundays River Primary School / Cosmos Cuisine, then 1km further turn right at sign onto gravel road - after 800m turn left and first to the right - follow road across Sundays River onto farm and follow signs to Hitgeheim Country Lodge.
