Map/Directions to Bergzicht Guest House (Cape Town)
Directions:
As you leave the Airport main complex, just follow the signs which will take you onto the N2 highway marked City.(The N2 is the highway you will be coming in on). You will be heading in the general direction of Table Mountain. As you near the mountain, take the RIGHT lanes leading to the city.
A little further on, you will pass Groote Schuur Hospital on the right. The road will split to the left and right. Take the right hand side.
You will find a few Exits off this fly-over.
Keep going straight.
You will see the City on the Left and the Harbour on the Right.
At a point you will get to the First traffic lights.
This is the start of Buitengracht Street. Keep going straight.
The Cullinun Hotel and Holiday Inn are on the left.
A point to remember, if you turn right at this traffic light, it takes you to the V&A Waterfront.
Keep going and follow the signs Cabvle Way. Buitengracht Street now becomes NEW CHURCH STREET. (You will see a Backerpackers at the start of New Church Street) Turn right into Milner road ROAD.
You will go over a Stop Street, go straight up the Hill and turn LEFT into Devonport Road which is the 6th crossing. The road is very steep here. We are on the left side of the road on the crest.
