Map/Directions to Room In the Garden
Directions:
From Cape Town International Airport to Room in the Garden, Oranjezicht, Cape Town
Take the N2 route north to the City of Cape Town. Follow signs that say M3 north to the City.
As you approach the mountain and the road becomes 6 lanes wide, keep left, to the mountain side.
Follow signs that read De Waal Drive, M3 City.
As you near the City, turn left at the Roeland / Mill Street fork.
The bridge wall is covered in graffiti. The sign says Cable Car M3./ Camps Bay.
The Gardens Shopping Centre will soon be on your left.
At the Breda Street traffic lights, go straight. Hiddingh Mews and Feds shop will be on your left.
Look out for the Oranjezicht sign board under the trees.
Go left at Upper Orange Street T-junction. The Lenox Guest House will be on your left.
Go first right into Camp Street.
First left into Molteno Road.
Drive a long way up Molteno Road - nearly to the top.
We live on the corner of Molteno and Invermark. There is an island in the middle.
Invermark is to the right, opposite Chesterfield Road.
No. 2 Invermark Crescent is the first house on the right.

DIRECTIONS: N1 ROUTE
From the North to Room in the Garden, Oranjezicht, Cape Town
As you get close to the city, follow Table Bay Road past the harbour.
Go straight at this big intersection (Coen Steytler), towards the mountain.
Follow signs that say M62 along Buitengracht Street to Camps Bay.
Continue straight through Strand Street and Wale Street intersections and at the Buitensingle traffic lights. You will be driving towards the mountain along New Church which becomes Kloof Neck Road.
Look out for the Friendly 7 Eleven store on the left.
Shortly after, on the left, there is a row of 3 palm trees. Turn left here into Leeuendal. The road snakes down and joins Firdale.
Continue down and left to the stop street. Go straight across Kloof street into Hof Street.
Follow Hof Street past a confluence of roads on the bend and then take a right turn into Rayden.
There is a sign that says Medi City on the wall.
At the end of Rayden, you will be looking at a house marked 1 Molteno Road.
We live near the top of Molteno road.
Turn right up Molteno road and continue up nearly to the top.
Turn right when you see Chesterfield road, and we are the first house on the right.
My large black poodles will probably be the first to greet you at No. 2 Invermark Crescent. Welcome!
