The recent conversion of an old Cape Dutch apple store into a function hall with adjoining heated swimming pool makes Louvain an ideal setting for corporate events, parties and weddings (there is even an historic Victorian church on the farm). Rated as one of the foremost South African 4x4 routes by Drive-Out and SA 4x4 Magazine, Louvain is also renowned for its hiking, biking, quad bike and Enduro trails through the forest and mountains where indigenous fynbos and bushman cave-paintings may be found.
