Guests receive a remote control to operate an automated gate. Relax and unwind in our bar or beside the sparkling pool with a specially made Karoo-sundowner. Or sosiolise in the garden under our beautifull umbrellas. We offer our guest's also a gymnasium to relax after a stressful drive, braai-facilities and we are walking distance from the local golfcourse. In the evening we offer our guests a real traditional South African cooked dinner (inside or outside under a tree) with Karoo lamb. It's a set menu, consisting of a Karoo lamb-dish, 3 vegatables, a salad and desert. Our cuisine is superb and comes highly recommended. In the morning our guests can enjoy our full English Breakfast. Breakfasts consists of filter coffee/tea's/orange juice, cereals, muesli (with a choice of yogurts), toast with a choice of jams, cheese, and a lovely hot meal (egg, tomato, 2 strips of bacon). Centrally situated, it's a walking distance from banking facilities and a shopping center. The famous heart surgeon Dr Chris Barnard is honored in three historical buildings - all national museums. You may visit his humble home, the church where his father preached and where his mother played the organ. In the Karoo National Park you will find a wide variety of birdlife and Karoo game and two of South Africa's most highly endangered species - the Riverine Rabbit and the Black Rhino.
